Each year almost 20,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer – its impact is felt throughout the wider community, including wives, partners, children, grandchildren, friends and colleagues. Tragically more than 3,300 will lose their lives to the disease this year.
The funds provided by Pirtek to Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia will help continue vital work in the fight against prostate cancer. We also hope it will act as a reminder to Australian men, particularly those aged 50 years and over, to talk to their doctor about prostate cancer.
